These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. Refunds available to UK, CI and IoM residents who are aged 18 years or over, with the exclusion of employees and their immediate families of Nestlé Purina UK Commercial Ops Ltd, their agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. No bulk, trade or third-party applications will be accepted.
2. Maximum of one pack from the PURINA PROPLAN® LIVECLEAR CAT RANGE, regardless of the type/variant, can be claimed for refund per household. Multiple applications from the same household cannot be accepted. Refunds can be claimed up to a maximum value of £22.00 for 1.4kg bag, or £36.50 for a 2.8kg bag. The following products are included in the promotion:

4. The offer is limited to a maximum of one money back application per household.
5. Only valid applications will be accepted. A valid application comprises of:
- A completed, legible, original application form downloaded from the official website and printed off as outlined in Clause 6 below;
- A 10+ word statement stating why the applicant was not completely satisfied with the product purchased from the PURINA PROPLAN® cat range as listed above.
- Valid original till receipt(s) or email receipt which shows the purchase of one of the PURINA PROPLAN® LIVECLEAR cat range detailed in Clause 2. (Photocopies will not be accepted).
- Original empty packaging of a qualifying PURINA PROPLAN® LIVECLEAR CAT product.
6. Applicants are required to submit a completed application form consisting of their full name, address, email address and daytime phone number, a 10+ word statement confirming why they were dissatisfied with the product, together with the relevant packaging and till receipt(s) to: PURINA PROPLAN® CAT RANGE Refund, Freepost RLTS-KSXS-BZHK, UCKFIELD, TN22 1QQ to arrive by no later than 31.01.2022.
7. The closing dates for purchase of qualifying products is 31.12.21, or when 1000 valid claims have been received, whichever is sooner. Claim by 31.01.22. No responsibility can be accepted for applications that are illegible, lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
8. Any qualifying PURINA PROPLAN® LIVECLEAR® CAT products purchased as part of a multi-buy promotion, or price reduction, will be refunded at the promotional price and not the individual price.
9. Refunds will be sent in the form of a BACS transfer made payable to the original claimant only as per the application form. Please allow at least 28 days for refunds to be credited from the receipt of a valid application. This offer does not affect your statutory rights.
10. By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, if circumstances make this unavoidable.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any application including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a claim where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instruction forming part of this promotion or where abuse is suspected. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions.
16. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England & Wales but any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.
17. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
